StartYour.Website is a website builder and hosting platform. We provide:

  1. Access to create and manage websites using our platform.
  2. Hosting for your website.
  3. Optional support packages, depending on your selected plan.
2. Accounts and Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  3. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated.

3. Free Trial and Payments
  1. We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts.
  2. After the trial, you will be automatically charged according to the plan you selected.
  3. Payments are billed automatically on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your subscription.
  4. All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  5. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees until cancellation.
4. Cancellations and Termination
  1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
  2. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds are issued for unused time.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

6. Intellectual Property

  2. You retain ownership of content you create and upload to your website but grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
7. Service Availability
  1. We strive to keep the Service online and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  2. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
  3. The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. Zeroweb SRL is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
  2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Romania.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will post the updated version on https://managedwp.agency and update the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the new Terms.
